5.2 No booking services

Clubvolare does not make bookings on your behalf. Links to airlines, hotels, booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, etc.), or other providers are for convenience only. Any bookings you make are transactions directly between you and that provider. Clubvolare accepts no responsibility for those transactions.

5.3 Visa and entry requirements — important

Clubvolare does not provide visa advice. Requirements vary by destination, nationality, passport, travel history, and purpose of visit, and change frequently without notice. Never rely solely on Clubvolare for visa or entry information. Always verify with:

Clubvolare displays embassy and consulate contact information based on your nationality and detected location. You acknowledge:

• Contact details including phone numbers, addresses, and websites may be outdated or incorrect
• Consular hours, jurisdictions, and services vary and may have changed
• Clubvolare has no affiliation with any embassy, consulate, or government department
• In a consular emergency, always verify contact details on your country's official government website
• Consular services may be unavailable outside business hours or in crisis situations

5.6 Emergency contacts disclaimer

Emergency numbers displayed may be outdated or incorrect. In any emergency, use the locally posted emergency number. The universal number 112 works in most countries even without a SIM card. GPS detection requires internet and location permission — neither may be available in an emergency.

5.7 No guarantee of information accuracy

Clubvolare does not verify or guarantee the accuracy of:

• Passport validity requirements

5.8 Travel insurance

Clubvolare strongly recommends comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, medical evacuation, trip cancellation, lost luggage, and personal liability. Clubvolare does not provide, arrange, recommend, or endorse any insurance product.

5.9 Health requirements

Clubvolare does not provide health or medical advice. Consult your GP, a travel medicine clinic, or the Australian Department of Health for current requirements. For international health advice refer to the WHO at who.int.

5.10 Limitation of liability for travel decisions

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clubvolare, Registrum, its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates accept no liability for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or expense caused directly or indirectly from:

• Reliance on information in the app including consular contacts, emergency numbers, or travel information
• Reliance on AI-generated travel suggestions
• Denied entry to any country due to visa, passport, or entry requirement issues
• Cancelled, delayed, or changed flights, trains, or other transport
• Accommodation issues or unavailability
• Medical or health incidents while travelling
• Loss of personal property
• Any act of God, natural disaster, civil unrest, or other force majeure event
• Any other event arising from or connected to your travel
